At Cat & Mantel, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience by offering free delivery to most locations across Canada and wit a slight surcharge to US. We'll carefully select the best delivery options for your order to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. Depending on what you purchase, your order may arrive in multiple packages or shipments.

Delivery is FREE - no minimum purchase amounts, no catches, no hidden surcharges. This may change in the future, but for now - enjoy free shipping on us! We do reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior disclaimer.

Not only that, but we also ship with courier services and provide tracking for your order! Forget lengthy delivery times you came to expect from postal services. Our transit times across Canada is 2-5 business days, and 2-7 days across the US.

All our products are delivered through small parcel delivery services. You will receive a tracking number to trace your package once the item leaves the warehouse. These items will be delivered to your door and require a signature to be received. If no one is available a "door knocker" will be left with pickup instructions or another attempt will be made.

The only time we may assess additional charges is if you live in a remote location (and you typically know when you do). Let us know and we will discuss the options of shipping to you at the minimum cost. If we determine that you live in such area, we will confirm any additional charges with you prior to processing your order.

Contactless Delivery, Alternative Delivery Location and Signature Required option

Our delivery service provider are offering contactless threshold delivery. The product will be placed at your front door, porch, or garage. 

Alternatively, if you wish our service provider to make a contact with you, we offer Signature Required service. Please, select this option at the check out if you are aware of "porch pirates" operating in your area. If no one is available, a "door knocker" will be left with pickup instructions or another attempt will be made.

After the delivery

We request all of our customers to please inspect their order upon receipt for any visible signs of packaging damage, product damage, incorrect product or missing parts before signing the proof of delivery document and before assembling the product.If any damage is found, please specify these issues on the proof of delivery before signing for the order.

Any damages or missing pieces must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team via email. When reporting a damage, please include photos as well as a detailed description of the issue.

In the unlikely event that the package was marked as delivered by the service provider, but it was stolen after the delivery, we will be glad to reship the item to you, if you provide us with the copy of the filed police report.
